Our client is looking to recruit a number of experienced Customer Service representatives into their business. Individuals will need to have a stable career history within customer service with experience in soft sales of extras and upgrades. You must be articulate and able to communicate at all levels.
This position is purely incoming call based and won't require any cold calling sales, however you will be expected to sell extras through credit card sales over the phone. Most importantly, you will need to offer excellent customer service to all existing and new clients.
Due to the location of our client it is ideal if you drive, however it is accessible via public transport.
