Due to expansion our client is currently looking to recruit a current graduate with excellent customer service advisors to manage existing client accounts maximising opportunities and ensuring that the customers continue to work with the business
As an Internal Account manager you will be responsible for
Working in partnership with an external Business Developer to manage client accounts Act as the first point of contact once the business has been won and manage relationships Liaise with business customers daily to provide excellent customer service Assist with enquiries and support them with aftercare support, overcome any objections and issues where necessary Maximise on opportunities and ensure customers continue to use company products and services
The ideal candidate Must be a graduate Must have a strong customer service background Ideally would have managed client accounts although not essential Have strong communication skills Must pride themselves on delivering excellent customer services
Hours: 8.45am to 5.45pm Monday to Friday
Salary:£14000 -18,000 Basic OTE 25-30K
Start date: Immediate
