£18,000 - £20,000 / Year
Call Centre Operatives - Day & Evening Shifts - Central, London
Due to company expansion & development, we currently have a vacancies for Call Centre Operatives (Job Controller) based in our Central London Control Room.

We are looking for motivated, practical people to join our friendly, highly professional telephone team. Your main duties would be taking customer enquiries and job bookings and booking and allocating jobs to engineers. Previous CALL CENTRE experience is ESSENTIAL.

Please only apply if you have a STABLE WORK HISTORY AND PREVIOUS CALL CENTRE EXPERIENCE.

Shifts available

- Full Time Weekdays 09.00 - 17.30 (40 hrs)
- Full Time Evenings 15.30 - 23.00 (40 hrs)
- Part Time Evening & Weekends (Flexible)

General Duties:

- Answer incoming calls
- Assist customers with their enquiries
- Update changes and status of each customer job.
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Book and allocate jobs to trades-persons.
- Liaise with engineers
- Make customers aware of all our services
- Other reasonable duties as and when required.

Essential Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Available to work evenings - 11pm to 7.30am
- Stable career history.
- Previous call centre experience.
- Good telephone manner.
- Able to act professionally at all times.
- Maintain strict confidentiality.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications.
- Ability to work on your own initiative.
- 3 x excellent references.
