We have an excellent opportunity to work with a leading brand with exclusive offices in Manchester. Candidates must be able to provide 5 years of referencing and would pass a CRB check. We are seeking candidates who have inbound experience and posses excellent customer service skills. The role is a temporary role for 6 weeks minimum and has the possibility of lasting longer. You will be taking inbound calls and booking appointments for external engineers to visit customers sites. The role will provide training and you will have the drive and passion to succeed.
