Monday – Friday 25 hours per week with the potential to rise to full time
This is an exciting opportunity to work for an independent plumbing and heating business that are looking to expand their team due to continued success.
The Administration Coordinator role will be split into two roles. The primary role which will encompass 75% of your time will cover general Administration, Customer Cervices and Maintenance of their state of the art database, the secondary role will be Marketing and Social Media. Our client is looking for someone who can be trusted to work autonomously and then be rewarded with progression and the possibility of profit shares in the business.
The role will involve:
•Liaising with engineers to manage their diaries on a day to day basis, ensuring jobs are allocated to the correct engineers within the correct timescales. •Database management to ensure state of the art system is maintained so that anyone in the business can access the progress of a job at anytime. This includes logging information from the first call right through to the invoice. •Providing the highest customer services when speaking with clients and ensuring that they are always kept appraised of the progress of their work •Completing enquiry forms thoroughly to ensure that all the relevant job information and contact details have been taken •Following up with clients who have had quotes supplied to secure the work •Contacting clients to chase payment •Market Research with suppliers to assist the engineers and with customers to enhance customer service. •Assisting with Marketing campaigns including postcard dropping and referral schemes •Maintaining and updating the company website and other related sites •Posting blogs on industry specific and other relevant websites •Updating social media sites including Facebook and Twitter •Gaining testimonials from clients and increasing their ratings on comparison sites •Producing newsletters 3 times a year
Key Skills
•Knowledge of Microsoft packages particularly Word and Excel •Experience in using bespoke databases •Experience providing excellent customer services •Excellent time management and ability to prioritise workloads If you think you have the creative flare as well as the solid all round administration skills needed for this role, then please get in touch.
